We are going to introduce a court booking system to the club. We only anticipate this being used when members need to use the courts at specific times i.e. ties during tournaments, ladder/box league matches, or when people have time restrictions due to work or other commitments.
We do not want to lose the social aspect of the way we operate at the moment, as we feel it is more sociable when people just drop in on spec, but realise there are times when members need to get matches played.
We intend to give it an initial trial period to see how it works.
How to book a court:-
The booking form is located in the notice board at the North end of the club house (which is now accessible to all by removing the hooks on either side).
There will be two weeks displayed at a time with any coaching slots already marked in.
There are half hourly slots and the maximum time a member can book is 1 hour.
Juniors can not book courts after 6pm.
